Full-stack developer —
<code/> and the pixels.

I build the whole thing — planning, architecture, data model, API, interface, and the brand it wears. One person, no handoffs, nothing lost in translation.

// about

Lénárd-Sándor Tunya

Hi, I'm Lénárd — a full-stack web developer based in Cluj-Napoca, and I like building things people actually use.

I work across the whole stack — data model, backend, interface, deployment — and I like being the one responsible for all of it. I hold a BSc in Computer Science from Babeș-Bolyai University here in Cluj, where I'm also doing my Master's in Enterprise Software Design and Development.

I also make a lot of things nobody asked for. My projects don't stop at the code — I design the interfaces, work out the brand identity, and draw the logos myself, in Figma, Illustrator and Affinity. It's not strictly necessary, but I enjoy it, and it means what I ship looks like something considered rather than something assembled.

I'm not attached to any one language or framework either. I pick what fits the problem, and I'm happy to learn something new when a project calls for it — that part of the job is the fun part for me.

So if you're a team looking for someone who can own a feature end to end, or a business that needs a site built properly, designed properly, and explained in plain language, I'd be glad to hear from you.

    Problem

Industry surveys indicate that employees navigate between 9 and 15 different applications daily. This constant context switching leads to hours of lost time each week. The use of isolated tools for different aspects of project management often causes data inconsistencies, increases cognitive load, and creates friction in daily workflows.

    Solution

crwsync investigates the integration of Kanban-based task management and real-time communication into a single interface to reduce workflow friction. The system relies on distributed architecture principles to ensure data consistency and scalability. Its design incorporates a dual-layer role management system, allowing the software to adapt to specific team hierarchies and access requirements.

  3. 03

    Outcome

The implementation delivered a unified digital workspace where team communication and task tracking function concurrently without delay. By decoupling persistent database operations from the communication layer and utilizing asynchronous processing alongside optimistic interface updates, the system mitigates network bottlenecks. Consequently, the platform achieves millisecond response times independent of physical database constraints, providing a highly responsive environment for collaborative work.

Where I've worked

  1. Codespring

    Oct. 2024 – Jan. 2025

    Student Developer

Working within a six-person Agile team, I developed the frontend chat interface for an AI chatbot application using React Native and integrated REST API endpoints to reduce data payload latency. I implemented native device integrations using Expo modules to support direct in-app camera capture and handle secure media payload transmissions. I also managed project version control via Git and maintained codebase standards through continuous peer code reviews.

  2. Egnosis

    July 2024 – Aug. 2024

    Mobile Development Intern

I implemented the client-side presentation layer for Login, Navigation, and News modules using Flutter and Dart, mapping layout constraints directly from Figma design specifications. I managed the client-side data fetching and rendering logic by connecting UI components to GraphQL APIs. To ensure consistent layout behavior across operating systems, I executed manual rendering tests on physical iOS and Android hardware to isolate and patch platform-specific frontend anomalies.
